Yoko Shimizu  清水葉子

Born in Tokyo Japan in 1970, presently lives and works in Florence Italy.

Education

1990-1994: Keio University (Tokyo Japan), Bachelor’s degree in law
2001-2003: Alchimia Contemporary Jewellery School (Florence Italy), studied with Giampaolo Babetto and Manfred Bischoff

Teaching

2006-2010: Alchimia Contemporary Jewellery School (Florence Italy) – intensive course instructor
2011-2018: jewellery making workshops

2018-present: Lorenzo de’ Medici Institute (Florence Italy) – Jewelry Design Department Supervisor and instructor
